1. About Us

1.1 Heirs & Order™ is a trading name of Life and Soul Place Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16827306).
1.2 We provide a document preparation service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
1.3 Our services are available to UK residents aged 18 and over.

2.1 Heirs & Order™ uses automated document preparation technology to create personalised legal document templates based on information you provide.
2.2 Documents are prepared and delivered within 72 hours of questionnaire submission.
2.3 Our documents are templates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before signing or execution.
2.4 We make no warranty that documents prepared using our service are suitable for your specific legal circumstances.

3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your questionnaire.
3.2 You are responsible for having documents reviewed by a qualified solicitor where appropriate.
3.3 You are responsible for the correct execution of documents (signing, witnessing, registration).
3.4 Heirs & Order™ accepts no liability for documents that are incorrectly executed or that do not achieve your intended legal outcome.

4.1 All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
4.3 Founder’s prices are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time.

5.1 Once you have submitted your questionnaire, document preparation begins and no refund is available.
5.2 If you change your mind before submitting your questionnaire, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@heirsandorder.com for a full refund.
5.3 If your documents contain errors that are attributable to our preparation process (not to information you provided), we will correct them at no additional charge.
5.4 Vault subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but run to the end of the subscription year.

6.1 Heirs & Order™ and related marks are protected by common law trademark rights.
6.2 The document templates, questionnaires, and guides produced by Heirs & Order™ are our intellectual property.
6.3 Documents generated for you are licensed for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heirs & Order™ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our documents.
7.2 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your document pack.
7.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8.1 These terms are governed by English and Welsh law.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9.1 We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
