Refund Policy

Document Packs

Once you submit your questionnaire, document preparation begins immediately. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds after questionnaire submission.

If you change your mind before submitting your questionnaire, please contact us at hello@heirsandorder.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will process a full refund.

Document Corrections

If your documents contain errors that result from our preparation process rather than information you provided, we will correct them free of charge. Please email hello@heirsandorder.com with details of the issue within 30 days of receiving your documents.

Vault Subscriptions

Monthly Vault subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. You will not be charged in the following month but the current month is non-refundable.

Annual Vault subscriptions are non-refundable but you will retain access until the end of your subscription year.
